The Role

You will assist with the improvement, maintenance and operation of Arts & Cultural Development software systems to ensure effective and efficient operations in order provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.

This role requires a strong understanding of arts and events management and industry processes. You will be responsible for the provision of process-oriented systems support and resource management, and training to the Arts & Cultural Development team focusing on Arts, Functions and Events best practice.

About You

You will have demonstrated experience in the use of the Ungerboeck or other Event Management Systems, Point of Sale, Rostering, BMS and other Arts and Events systems. Experience with Vectron and ENTO would be advantageous, however training can be provided.

The ability to gain co-operation and assistance from internal clients and contractors, key stakeholders and other employees in the administration of defined activities is a must in this role. You will actively seek to improve others’ skills and talents by providing feedback, coaching and training opportunities.
